Isiolo Woman Representative Hon. Mumina Bonaya has taken the fight for citizens\u2019 rights and accountability to the National Assembly after formally seeking a statement over allegations of intimidation and harassment by security agencies in Isiolo County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a move underscoring her commitment to defending the rights and dignity of Isiolo residents, Mumina submitted a request seeking clarification from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Security regarding reported incidents involving security agencies in the county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The request specifically highlights an alleged raid at the residence of her mother, Ms. Halima Golo Bonaya, in Kiwanjani, Isiolo County, as well as reported arrests and concerns over possible political interference in security operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
