TVS Motor Company has appointed Pradeep Chaurasiya as Business Head of Africa for International Business, marking a major milestone in his eight-year journey with the motorcycle manufacturer on the continent.

Chaurasiya announced his new role on October 14, 2026, reflecting on how his responsibilities have grown from managing operations in one African country to overseeing business across more than 50 countries. He attributed his professional growth to continuous learning, curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new ideas while adapting to Africa’s diverse markets.

“Africa is not one market. It is many, each with its own people, culture, and way of doing business,” Chaurasiya said, highlighting the importance of understanding local communities and customer needs in building successful businesses.

He also expressed gratitude to TVS customers, distributors, business partners, colleagues and mentors, crediting their trust and support for the company’s growth across the continent. The new role places him at the helm of the company’s African business as it seeks to build on its existing relationships and expand its presence in diverse markets, including Kenya.
