CDF is the backbone of growth in the constituency, Nyaribari Masaba MP

By Staff Reporter

Nyaribari Masaba Member of Parliament Hon Dr. Daniel Manduku has come to the rescue of CDF kitty.

Hon. Manduku said the CDF is the best kitty and which is well managed since it became implemented in 2015.

Since 2015, implementation of the fund has been used to support different projects across the country before it became National Government Curriculum Development Fund (NG-CDF) kitty for all constituents.

But this hasn’t taken long before the project became legally after the court said its unconstitutional.

“CDF is the most visible and vibrant fund that Kenyans can count when it comes to projects it has done including building schools amongst other infrastructures in each and every constituencies, therefore it will be help in a big way if the government put a lot of money being disbursed on a timely basis,” he adds

Therefore it is the responsibility of Parliament and Treasury to make it a constitutional law for the benefit of Kenyans.

Dr. Manduku plans to give the bursary to more than 5000 students and through vetting on who should receive the fund.

President Ruto has of late supported the CDF and said it should be legalised as one of the laws of Kenya.
