The ODM candidate for Lower Savannah Ward David Odhiambo Magobe on Sunday addressed his supporters at Embakasi East Consistency.
Magobe said he will reach to every body irrespective of their tribes and gender.
He also ensure every household has electricity and ensure constant flow of clean water and feeder roads are tarmacked.
Allocation through the ward development fund was not spared at all Where he said it has to be given the first priority.
