Maendeleo ya Wanawake organisation has commended the women politicians who won positions.
MYWO National chairperson Mrs Rahab Muiu said women have done better compared to 2017.
” Its indeed a significant improvement and very commendable and on the same breathe women have shown the courage and determination and resilience of all women who stood for elective positions “, Rahab says
Almost six women have been elected governors rising from 3 governors in 2017.
Mrs Rahab was speaking at Nairobi headquarters.
