President Dr. William Ruto has a lot of confidence in the person of Honorable Irungu Nyakera, a down-to-earth, approachable, thoughtful, charismatic and visionary leader who is also results oriented.
Mr. Nyakera satisfactorily held top dockets in the previous regime where he served as a principal Secretary in the Ministry of Devolution, and later in the same capacity in the ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.

The agency has been riddled with graft for the last few years and I thank His Excellency the President @WilliamsRuto for believing in me to deliver KEMSA from the mess.
